Defect: There is a defect in the clamping mechanism of the product. The bake carrier can fail to tighten properly or the block can crack.
Hazard: This can lead to the bicycle not being properly secured to the Sprint carrier. The bicycle might come loose from a vehicle.
What to do: Stop using the product immediately. Visit the Thule dealer where you purchased the carrier, to return the product and register for an improved replacement Thule Sprint carrier at no cost.
